FAQ
What does "Founding member — locked for life" mean?
The founder price is the launch offer for the first 300 members. Claim a seat while it's open and that price stays yours for as long as you keep your subscription — even after list prices go up. Cancel and come back later and you rejoin at the list price.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like — you keep paid features until the end of your billing period. We never delete your data on cancellation.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing — all data stays. If you had more custom areas or entries than your new plan allows, you keep them all, but new ones are blocked until you upgrade again or remove some. Read-only access is always preserved.
Do you store my credit card?
No. Payments are handled by Stripe, our merchant of record — your card details never touch our servers. We only store a reference to your subscription.
Where is my data hosted?
EU and US regions. Each user has an isolated schema in a Neon Postgres database; sensitive fields are encrypted at rest with a per-user key.
Refunds?
14-day no-questions-asked refund on annual plans. Monthly subscribers can cancel mid-cycle — service continues until period end.
