Frequently asked questions
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your GraceDays account yourself, on the web or in the GraceDays app. GraceDays is made by Jedro Labs LLC.
- Sign in, then open Me → Advanced → Delete my account (in the classic layout: Settings → Data → Delete account). If the app is showing you its plans, tap Delete my account at the bottom of that screen.
- Confirm with your password and type DELETE.
If you can’t sign in, email hello@gracedays.app from your account’s address and we’ll delete it for you.
Paying through Google Play or the App Store? Cancel that subscription in the store first. Deleting your account doesn’t stop the store’s billing, and we can’t cancel it for you. A subscription paid on the web is cancelled with your account.
What is deleted, straight away and for good: everything you logged and everything Grace remembers about you — your chats, entries, goals, reminders, health and medical records, files and documents, feedback messages and Founders’ Council posts — and your profile, sign-ins and passkeys. This can’t be undone, so download a copy first if you want one.
What we keep, and why:
- The record of the consents you gave — only your account number, the purpose, the version and the dates — to show we asked for your consent, as privacy law requires.
- Our security log of sign-ins and security events, with the email address, IP address and device stored encrypted, to protect accounts and investigate abuse.
- Billing records held by the payment provider you used (Stripe on the web, Google Play or Apple in the apps), for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Copies of the emails we sent you, which leave our mail queue within 7 days of being sent.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings → Data → Download my data (newer layout: Me → Advanced → Your data → Download my data). For your safety we ask for your password first, then everything you’ve logged downloads straight away as files you keep (JSON and CSV). You can download up to 3 times a day.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Go to Settings → Account → Manage billing (newer layout: Me → Advanced → Your plan → Card and receipts). That opens our payment provider’s billing portal, where you can update your card, download invoices or cancel. Change plan in the same section switches between plans. After you cancel you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
Who can see my data? Which AI providers process it?
Your data is private to your account, and we do not sell it. To answer you, the parts of a message Grace needs are sent to the AI providers we use to generate replies (such as Fireworks AI, Groq, Cerebras, Google Gemini and Anthropic). They process it under contract and may not retain it or train on it. Our Privacy Policy lists every provider and exactly what each one receives.
Is Grace a person? Can I rely on what she says?
Grace is an AI. She can misunderstand you or get things wrong, so check anything important. GraceDays is a wellbeing companion, not medical, financial or professional advice. For a health concern, talk to a doctor; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.
How do I report a bad AI reply?
Tap Need help? (the ? button next to Grace in chat), choose Grace got it wrong, and tell us what you said and what she replied — a screenshot helps. Or email hello@gracedays.app. We review every report.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in page, tap Forgot password? and enter your account email. We’ll send you a link to set a new one. If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then write to us.
